Whilst here at Chris Bell Construction we are well known for our high end residential builds, we have steadily been accumulating a strong commercial portfolio since our conception 15 years ago. 

As with our residential projects, our commercial work is hugely varied. We are proud to maintain and upkeep 29 fire stations here in Taranaki and across the Central Plateau. We have been involved in specialist work in hospitals where unique challenges arise working within operating theatres and building to adhere to infection control regulations. Acquisition of plant and specialist machinery such as a crane, scissor lifts and a digger among other equipment, ensures that we are equipped to tackle more complex and technically challenging builds such as hotels, apartments complexes and office blocks.
